Well, we turned around the other day and realized that we are now past the one year mark. Time flies. Everyone at the shop wants to thank all of you out there who have taken us this far. It’s been a wild ride and we have some great things in the cards - expect some big changes! Don’t be scared though, because it will only mean a better experience fill with more product (think more shoes, more sunglasses, more tees, more watches, more jewelry, more dresses, more shirts…), a better website and increased customer service. How are we going to do this?

In the mean time, we have teamed up with Red Stripe, The Party and Kiddrae254 to put on an appreciation event. Check out the flier, but on Saturday the 12th of July we will be bringing you a mix of music, beer and sale prices. Stay for a minute, stay for the day, we don’t care; we will be hanging out at the shop relaxing and handing out great deals on all type of merchandise.
For those that have been asking for Supras, now’s your chance. We received two simple styles for the Summer: one white leather, and one black suede with croc emboss highlights. Also, because of demand, we picked up some women’s sizes (down to 6.5). Email us if you need to put a pair on hold.

As promised after our last shipment, we have some more colors of Toms in stock. Two for men with the navy and black canvas and two for women including the Gandhi ‘Be the Change’ and coral polka dots. All styles feature their new outersole, more comfortable padded insole and retail for $48.

Here are the first of a few new styles from Puma for the summer. First up is two releases from the ‘Tetris’ pack with the Disc Blaze and the First Round. We hinted about these back HERE, and now you can come see the alien shoe for yourself. Insanely comfortable, and you will never walk past a person in this town without them looking at your feet. If you think you can handle that, then get down to the shop because there are about 5 pair left as of today:

Next is a great silhouette you will be seeing alot in the upcoming seasons: the Unlimited Hi. We have just gotten two more colorways that will be up soon, but for right now here is the first women’s arrival:

The Hoopers are still flying out the door some make the trip soon if you need a pair. Meanwhile, we have two new styles to add to the collection. First is a boxing/wrestling inspired silhouette appropriately called the Ring Hi. Not for the faint of heart, but it seems like those who like them, love them. Next is another RS100 from the Emergency Pack. Most of the uppers on the shoe are comprised of 3M reflective material for extra safety.

Finally got some more product in from Vans. Pretty self explanatory on this one. The shoe of interested is definitely the Mountain Edition, which was retro-ed for the first time for Spring 2008. Anyway, definitely something a little different to throw people off.

We can now finally say that we have some Toms back in stock. Only part of our shipment has arrived, but so far there are three styles for women and one for the guys. Pretty simple, though the fit and construction has gotten a lot better. Anyway, here are the pics:

If you came in over the weekend then you probably saw the great new line-up from Puma for Spring. The first shipment included these two RS100 Speckle, and while they technically are both Men’s/Unisex sized, we couldn’t resist getting the fluorescent pink and turquoise one’s sized down for women. The men’s are a little more toned down. Wait, did we really just call those shoes toned down? You see what all these craxy sneakers are doing to us?! So far the reaction has been great, but take a look for yourself:

The Dicoco has been a huge hit in the ladies sneaker department, so we were happy to get a new look in for spring. Nice light colors and the perforation adds a great touch for the warmer months ahead. Also, we managed to scoop up a few more pairs of the Dicoco black/white/cheetah, which you might remember from the last delivery HERE.

Five new styles to show you on this crisp Wednesday evening. Alright, so first off, these things have been flying out the door, and we haven’t even put them on the shelf. And for the ladies we have a dose of crazy and cool. If you are the adventurous type, then you might take a look at the Valentine’s themed Court Force Hi. Everything on that shoe is tricked out from the tongue tag to the sparkle outsole. The Blazer Mid Premium is possibly our favorite women’s delivery, and quite frankly the guys are a little jealous on this one. Great use of materials and the soft yellow laces work like buttah:

What did we tell you! No sooner than we mention the pending first shipment from Nike, we receive a very unmarked package. After questioning the UPS man, we decided to go ahead and open the box. Inside was the first of what we hope to be many great shipments from Nike. This package contained a Women’s Court Force Hi, Metallic Sliver Anthracite. Gotta say, they look sick in person as the metallic came out really well. Take a look for yourself:

We get hit up five times a day about when we are getting our first shipment of Nike. To clear things up, our first products will come from the January release. A few select shops (who are obviously more important than we are) have begun receiving product and so the pics are out. We thought we would whet your appetite by showing you a sampling of just what to expect in the coming months.
