Woop, Woop. New arrivals from everyone’s favorite Supra just hit the store. Get here before they start heading out the door. Great mix of styles here with the Vaider Hi, Cuban slip-on and of course the Muska Skytop.
TUF is a new material that Supra is experimenting with this season. If you skate (and we hope some people buying these are skating them) you might be interested to hear a little more about the material. Besides having a great matte finish, there is actually a technical side to the story:
High Abrasion Resistance: Supra TUF is tested using the Taber Abrasion Meter. The Taber measures abrasion in cycles. Regular suede goes through about 25 to 40 cycles before abrading. The average Supra TUF will go through more than 200 cycles before abrading.
Weather Resistance: Water resistant, easier to clean than regular suede, useful in climates where rain, dirt, or snow can compromise the life of your shoes.
Breathability: Genuine suede base materials mean better breathability.
Comfort and Skateability: Made using genuine suede, better fit and comfort than 100% synthetic shoes.
