We showed you the Timbo Skytop a few weeks back, and now you can take a look at two more Skytops set to hit Centre’s shelves this Holiday season. The shoes are slated to release in October, but as with most Supra shipments, it’s always a little up in the air. We’ll call the first one ‘Black and Purple Python’ and the other ‘Electric Blue Zebra’. Just like anything you see on our blog, contact us if you want to be notified the minute these shoes drop.
For the release of Chemical Brothers new single Midnight Madness they asked fans around the world to contribute their Photos, Videos and artwork expressing their own individual “Midnight Madness.” Then using Google Earth they located the exact geographical position of each clip they decided to use.

With the weekend upon us and the weather spot on, it’s time to think about having some fun. There are some great options for those not headed down to Austin for ACL. The Party keeps their monthly alive tonight at, where else, Zubar and the State Fair started about 4 hours ago. If bikes are your thing, there is a bike swap meet at Bike Farm down in Deep Ellum on Sunday. Oh, and you can’t forget that the ‘boys will be taking it to the skins this Sunday in what has to be the best NFL rivalry game this season.
So, in order to enjoy the weekend, we suggest you bring along some tunes, and Girl Talk will probably put a smile on your face pretty quickly. It’s no secret that we like bikes here at the shop, but the Italian manufacturers hold a special place. Colnago, Campagnolo, Bianchi, Atala…the list goes on. Well, Cinelli is definitely up there and for the track bike crowd it’s one of the ‘blue chips’. As the resurgence of track cycling continues there have been some interesting collaborations worked up. RVCA, Obey have had some hits, and now Mash SF (see our other post about them HERE) has stepped up with Cinelli to produce a frame. Let’s just let the pictures speak for themselves:

Briefly sweeping through Dallas on a non-stop, whirlwind, world-wide tour, he should be in the shop at around 7 p.m. He’ll be selling tees fom his line Dim Mak, so come on down to meet the guy, listen to some tunes or pick up a tee.
Then, this Saturday the 20th looks to be perfect weather for our End-of-Summer BBQ bash. Last time was a great turn-out, and this Saturday will be no different, with free music, beer and food from 2-8pm. The Party will be on the decks, Red Stripe will be plentiful, All-American hot dogs and burgers will be sizzling and our mega-clearance SALE with savings of up to 75% will still be going. Our Puma collection is just about gone, so it’s a good thing that they dropped of three new styles yesterday. The women’s style is absolutely bananas with the First Round Polka Dot. The shoe is slimmed down and comes with white lace laces. For the guys, we brought in a little more muted look with some Fall colors. Below you’ll see the classic Unlimited Hi done in a durable canvas and leather upper that’s great to skate. Then at the bottom you’ll see a new style for the shop, the 917. This is a really simple vulcanized canvas mid-top, but it has some trick features like a heel cut-out and velcro strap. Definitely your choice if you are looking for that alternative to a Chuck, and the price don’t hurt.
