We gave out some 300 copies of our favorite magazine, Antenna, last weekend at Kixpo. And now we have a new edition in our shop. Free as hell, but in limited supply.
The Hooper Decades Mid was our best seller for Spring (better believe it), so without further ado, we present two more Hooper’s from the Fall ‘08 collection. These styles are certainly more toned down, but the details are great. From the nylon weave to the contrast stitching and soft fuzz lining, these are a nice addition to the shop floor. If you are looking for a true hi-top then these are it…beware of mid-tops claiming to be high…
This is the first Fall delivery from our friends at Creative and we couldn’t be more excited. If you have been in the store recently then you know how desperately we needed these things. Three styles are here to kick things off and there are all pretty strong. You’ll see below but there is a good contingent of flashy and subtle. Shoes shoes shoes. We are starting to get a lot of shoe deliveries. Recently we have seen boxes from Nike, Creative Rec, Puma and now Toms. It might take a sec to get them all up here so bear with us. First things, here is a pair of Puma Cabana Racer II’s for men and women. Really simple running flat for those shorts and tee shirt days.
Here are two new arrivals at the shop of Nike Dunk Highs from the ‘NBA Pack’. Both of these are amazing colorways regardless of their team affiliation. First up is…you guessed it…MJ’s own Chicago Bulls. This shoe is bold and priced to sell at $75. The second shoe is much more toned down but a great mock-up with just enough pop, and is homage to the team of the little Canadian that could, the Suns. Think of the Bull’s dunk as the Saturday night pair, while the Suns’ is Tuesday chilling.

About 10 days back we got in two new styles from Nike. First off, they are both technically women’s style. That said, sooo many guys out there always complain that that the girls always get the good colors. So, we thought we would go ahead and give you what you want. This is a Women’s Dunk Hi sized up to a Men’s 10.5. You get the idea, right?

Next up is a shoe just for the ladies. It is the Nike Internationalist, worn by running legend Alberto Salazar, at the 1982 New York City Marathon. It’s a great simple running flat that is just right for the summer. And the price is oh so nice…
Sorry we have been out of touch for a sec. Duty calls and we were up in NYC scouting all the new gear for Spring 2009. Yeah, that’s right, we are like so next year. We have seen the future, and it looks good.

It’s a packed weekend that starts this evening and goes through tomorrow night. We’ll make a series of posts shortly and let you know about the events.

- This is not a pre-order. We would love to take your money, but want to make sure we have secured the shipment before we sell the shoes.
- Shoes will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Everyone will be notified via email or phone at the same time upon the shoe’s arrival.
- We are happy to ship. The most secure and our preferred method of payment is Paypal, and packages will be send out via USPS Priority mail.
- We will not be releasing exact prices until the shipment arrives. What we can say is that prices for the fall will be similar to or below or prices last Fall.
- We should have size 8 to 13 on order for most styles.

A few new arrivals from the NYC’s Staple arrived late last week. They all have been flying fast and if you know about the Pigeon Dunk, then you’ll know why. The other tee below is part of an ongoing collaboration between Staple and DJ Muro of Japan.

If you didn’t hear, Jay Z was the headline act for this Summer’s Glastonbury Festival. The decision to have him as the frontman raised a few eyebrows and some charged comments from one of Oasis’ Gallagher brothers. The first video played on the screen before he made his entrance and the second video is what ensued after. If you want to see more of his performance, you can click on the second video to be linked to Youtube, where there is a series of roughly 8 videos encompassing his whole set.
The first of the Fall ‘08 Skytops has finally arrived. It’s the same style you have grown to love but with a brand new colorway. Click on the picture to take a close look and you’ll notice that the pinstripes on the back ‘quarter panel’ are actually a metallic silver. Definitely a nice addition, and as with all Supras, make sure you get down here fast. Here is some news of a new arrival here at Centre. You have been asking for it ever since we opened…yes, that brand that has been in pushing product for over 10 years. The brand that has done almost everything you can think of and started numerous trends: 10 Deep. At first we were hesitant to look into the brand, but after getting to know all the guys and the idea behind the line, we were sold. The pieces have great attention to detail, the quality for the price is amazing.
