January 3rd, 2008 Skate Study House :: Colette

From HighSnob:

skate study house

It is not the first time that we come across furniture made with skateboard parts, but the Skate Study House collection is for sure the most interesting and impressive one to date.

Skate Study House, modern design classics remastered with skateboards. It’s a collection by Pierre-André Senizergues and Gil Le Bon de Lapointe. Colette will be showcasing their work as of January 28th. Everybody has seen a chair made with skatedecks, but the concept is taken much further here. Many famous Vitra pieces, including the Eames chairs get translated into the skateboarding world. Definitely worth checking out!
